Directions
1. Place the bratwurst in a large pot and add the beer and onion slices. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Fire up the grill to medium-high heat and grill your brats for an additional 10 minutes.
2. Heat the sauerkraut separately in a saucepan.
3. Place a sausage in each split roll and serve with a generous topping of sauerkraut.
