Summertime Iced Cappuccino

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla or coffee frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or granular sugar substitute

Directions
1. Place the yogurt, coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sugar in a blender. Process until smooth. Place the blender container in the freezer for 2 hours or until the top and sides of the mixture are partially frozen. Scrape down the sides of the container and process until smooth and frothy.

2. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
