Coffee-Can Tool Caddy
Long-handled rakes, shovels, hoes, and such have a way of "sinking" into the soil as soon as you need them. Here's a simple way to keep them organized and upright while your working.
Cut the top and bottom from a large metal can, and nail the can to a fence post, about 3 feet up the post. Now when you're done with a tool, just slip the long handle through the metal ring to hold it in place. A single 5-pound coffee can is big enough to hold two or three long-handled implements.
