Directions
1. Thinly slice 2 cucumbers.
2. Reserve 12 slices and place the rest in a pitcher with 1 1/2 cups coconut water.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then remove cucumber and add a 750-ml bottle of rose and 1/2 cup gin.
4. Serve over ice and garnish with reserved cucumber slices.
